Full Payment is taken upon booking (unless you are staying in the hotel, where the charge can be added to your invoice). You can amend or cancel your treatment up to 48-hours prior to your arrival date without charge. A notification of cancellation after this time, will result in payment being taken in full for the treatment(s) booked.
Any pre-paid offers are non-refundable – these bookings cannot be cancelled or amended.
